All undergraduate students from any field are welcome to participate.

🔵 Round 2: Presentation Round
- Date: Poush 26, 2082 (Jan 9, 2026)
- Format: 8-minute pitch + 5-minute Q&A
- Fee: Rs. 100 per member
🟠 Round 3: Hackathon Development Round
- Dates: Magh 3 – 5, 2082 (Jan 17 – 19, 2026)
- Time: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily
- Deliverable: Functional prototype or software model
- Requirement: Physical presence for mentorship sessions
🔴 Round 4: Judging & Awards
- Date: Magh 6, 2082 (Jan 20, 2026)
- Format: Final demo and technical explanation
General Participation Rules
🔹 Eligibility: Undergraduate students or below from engineering or related fields
🔹 Team Limit: Maximum 4 members per team
🔹 Project Scope: Must relate to civil engineering, coding not compulsory
🔹 Originality: Projects must be developed during the event only
🔹 Attendance: At least one member must attend all official sessions
Judging Criteria
▫️ Innovation (25 pts): Creativity and real-world problem solving
▫️ Technical Execution (30 pts): Engineering principles, code or structural quality
▫️ Feasibility (20 pts): Practicality, cost effectiveness and materials
▫️ Sustainability (15 pts): Environmental impact and long-term durability
▫️ Presentation (10 pts): Clarity, design and handling of questions
