Electroneum Hackathon 🚀

Electroneum is a fast, low cost, and secure smart contract platform built on a unique IBFT consensus protocol. The ultra fast 5 second single block finality, low transaction costs, and high throughput makes Electroneum ideal for real world uses.

Electroneum is a Solidity & Vyper compatible chain and you can easily get started building with tools you’re already familiar with: Remix, Truffle, and MetaMask.

Requirements

What to Build

🎯 Build a working software application that integrates with the Electroneum blockchain.

Extra Credit

• 🤝 Share your progress and gather feedback within the Electroneum community (Discord or X).
• 📑 Document your efforts and include this in your submission.
• Judges will consider community feedback when evaluating your project!

What to Submit

Participants are required to submit the following on Devpost:

Project Overview

1. Name and Tagline:

   • 🏷 A concise project name and tagline summarizing your idea.

2. Description:

   • 📝 Description of your project, what it does, who it's for, and any problems it solves.

Technical Submission

1. Functioning Prototype Demo:

   • 🎮 A working proof-of-concept or MVP (Minimum Viable Product) demonstrating your solution. This will likely be a URL or a working Playstore app.

2. Codebase:

   • 💻 A GitHub repository or equivalent link containing the project’s source code.
   • 📄 Include a clear README with instructions on how to run the project. Ensure the repository is public.

3. Contract Addresses:

   • 🔗 Provide links to any block explorer contracts (Electroneum Block Explorer).
   • Ensure the contracts are verified and published.

Integration with Electroneum Blockchain

• 🔍 Clearly explain how your project leverages Electroneum blockchain’s unique features.
• Example: Uses ultra-fast, single-block finality to update game progress in real time.

Demo Video

🎥 Submit a 2–5 minute video showcasing:

• The problem your project addresses and how it provides a solution.
• A demonstration of the project in action.

Upload the video to YouTube or Vimeo and share the link.

Team Information (Optional)

👥 Provide the names, roles, and contributions of all team members.

Additional Materials (Optional)

📂 Include:

• Wireframes or designs to provide additional context.
• Whitepapers or business plans if your project has long-term strategies.

   • 📈 Feasibility to scale the project for broader adoption.
